    I ordered 4x 800amp battery booster lead clamps. On arrival, I found that 2x red colour clamps were 500amp.
I emailed to Filter and Industrial about this error at the same day. However, I didn't expect that would be solved quickly and easily from previous experience of online shopping, especially it is my first time buying from.
It was surprised that Craig from Filter and Industrial responded to my email immediately and advised that the correct items have been sent to me in express with tracking number.
It has been a total of just a week time since I put my order in, to what exactly I ordered on my hand. I am saying that it was interstate distance between Queensland and NSW.
On this small single sales, Filter and Industrial not just provided an unbeatable price (I couldn't find any price lower for the same products) and also showed their business integrity (it is most attractive reason for return customers). I definitely will refer your business to everyone in my business circle.
