2. Returns:

  • Online Store Purchases: Items purchased from our online store can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Retail Store Purchases: Items purchased from our retail store must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

3. Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
  • A copy of the purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items must have all original tags and stickers attached.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as "final sale".
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Return Process:

  • Retail Store: Return the item to the store where it was purchased, with the receipt and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

7. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or an alternative product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after inspection.

9. Return Postage Costs:

  • For returns due to damaged or defective items or an error on our part, RED SHED will cover return postage costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
