Competition Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by FILTER AND INDUSTRIAL CO (PO Box 951, Emerald, QLD, 4720, Australia / abn: 51668182835) trading as RED SHED.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age. RED SHED employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you. 

An individual entry goes into the draw for every $100 GST Inclusive spent at RED SHED by any means, from 12:00 am on Wednesday 15th March, 2023 to 11:59 pm on Tuesday 6th June, 2023. For instance, a $235 (GST Inc) Total Transaction will provide 2 entries into the draw, and $590 (GST Inc) will provide 5 entries into the draw.

The Prize

The winning prize will be the following:

Tickets:  2 x Gold Reserve Tickets to the Queensland v New South Wales Game II on Wed 21 Jun 2023 (scheduled at 8:05 pm) at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane.

Flights:  2 x Return Economy Flights from any nominated metropolitan airport in Queensland to Brisbane to watch the game.  Return Flights from Emerald (Qld) will be provided where possible. 

The Departure Flight will be on the Tuesday 20th June, 2023 and the Returning Flight will be on Thursday 24th June, 2023.

RED SHED will do all it can to book flights from the nominated airport and at a compatible time to the Prize Winners requests, however, this will be subject to flight availability.

Transport:  Transfers from BNE airport to the hotel and back for 2 people.  A Taxi Company Credit will be provided for the fulfilment of this. 

Accommodation:  2 nights’ accommodation at a quality Brisbane hotel in walking distance to Suncorp Stadium.  Bedding configuration may be requested by the winner and RED SHED will do all it can to arrange this with the nominated hotel.

The use of specific brands as prizes by RED SHED does not imply any direct organisational affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

RED SHED reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require doing so.

RED SHED's decisions on any aspect of the competition are done in good faith and is final and binding.

Winner Announcement

The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address and contact number provided by the customer to RED SHED on Wednesday 7th June, 2023 (2 weeks before the event).

In good faith, RED SHED will make two attempts to contact the winner via email and telephone.

If the winner does not respond within 2 days of the second email/voicemail, they forfeit their right to the prize, and RED SHED reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will be sent information via email on how to redeem the prize (Flight tickets, hotel vouchers etc.)

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by RED SHED for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in its Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected]. Due to privacy reasons, only basic information will be provided (i.e. First Name, Company/Industry, Location etc.)

If requested by RED SHED, the winner agrees to release their first name, location, and place of employment to any other competition participants.

The winner's first name and place of residence (Town, City or Community) and company name will be announced on RED SHED's website and social media channels etc.

Limitation of Liability

RED SHED accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition.

RED SHED accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury incurred by the prize winner/s and their guest whilst redeeming the prize.  RED SHED accepts no liability for the quality or delivery of the products and services provided by those involved with the Prize (Such as Airlines, Hotels, Transfers etc.).
