The Emerald branch of the Breast & Prostate Cancer Association of Queensland recently held their annual fundraising night — and what a successful night it was. Every dollar raised stays in the Central Highlands to directly support local families and specialist nurses.

The Emerald branch of the Breast & Prostate Cancer Association of Queensland recently held their annual fundraising night — and, sounds like it was a pretty successful night. We don’t have the final tally yet, but the energy in the room made it clear.
The Emerald community shows up when it counts.
Every dollar raised stays right here in the Central Highlands. It helps local patients cover medical, travel and living costs, supports our specialist nurses with training, and funds care packages that make tough days a little easier.
Worth the Sponsorship and Donation
I was proud to see a Trakkit toolbox sitting up front all night, and stoked to know the prize we chose was well-received.
After a flurry of bids, the package raised $2,500. Just goes to show when businesses chip in, even something as everyday as a toolbox can spark generosity.
