Warehouse & Wholesale Support Operator

Location: Emerald QLD 4720

About the Role

A solid all-round role for someone with real industry experience who can handle both stock and customer/order work without supervision on routine tasks. This role suits someone hands-on, accurate, and comfortable moving between stock handling, order processing, and customer support in a fast-paced industrial supply
environment.

You’ll be working with tools, parts, consumables, and systems that keep industry moving—where getting it right first time matters.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Stock:

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock
•  Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if licensed)
• Maintain accurate stock records using scanners/systems
• Complete stocktakes and cycle counts
• Follow WHS procedures and safe handling practices

Wholesale & Customer Support:

• Process customer orders accurately in systems
• Respond to customer enquiries and order updates
• Support dispatch coordination and stock movement
• Ensure accurate data entry across inventory and order systems

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone with experience in industrial, mining, trade, automotive, or supply environments, such as:

• Industrial supplies, mining support, or PPE/tools/consumables
• Trade counter, hardware, automotive parts, or earthmoving supply
• Warehouse/logistics in industrial or technical product settings
• Wholesale, internal sales, or order processing roles

You will also have:

• Experience handling technical products, parts, or stock systems
• Confidence using inventory, POS, or scanner-based systems
• Strong attention to detail with orders and stock accuracy
• Understanding of WHS in warehouse or industrial settings
• Ability to work independently and follow processes reliably
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) required.
